Each counselor on our employment team goes well beyond basic job placement; they care. merely finding a job is not enough for THEM; their aim is to find the right job, the right environment and the right compensation for every one of their candidates. Our employment team gets to know the individual candidate and his strengths and weaknesses are discussed by the team. Counselors continue to work with clients throughout the non-employment phase and regularly “touch base” with active candidates.
- If our team feels that the candidate’s resume does not represent him to his best advantage, they help rework and rewrite it until it does.
- If a candidate lacks interview skills, our team is ready with mock interviews; if they see that a candidate’s skill-sets need improvement, they suggest a variety of classes and programs to help bring him up to level.
- if a candidate’s previous occupation or vocation is not viable, our team not only “thinks out of the box” but even creates a “new box!”

IF YOU NEED HELP WITH EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
Every potential client that applies to Project EZRAH® is asked to submit:
- Resume
- Two professional references
- One personal reference
All forms should be completed and submitted to info@ezrah.org. Candidates will be called in for an interview only after all forms have been received and references contacted.
